As Manager, you will:
- Lead a small team and manage a portfolio of clients, including companies, sole traders, and individuals.
- Deliver comprehensive business management, accounting, and tax services.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and build strong relationships.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and support their development.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and firm procedures.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ideally, ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in practice.
