A leading organisation within the Lloyd’s market is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Advocate to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where innovation and professional development are encouraged.

You will be responsible for managing complex, high-value claims across Casualty lines, including: GL, PL, and high-value catastrophic claims, ensuring effective resolution throughout the claim's lifecycle. Acting as a strategic partner to clients, you will provide expert guidance, negotiate settlements, and deliver exceptional advocacy services. The role involves preparing and presenting claims information to insurers and clients, monitoring agreements and payments, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide claims data for renewals, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay informed on market developments.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong technical knowledge of claims handling within the Lloyd’s or London market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You should be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. Professional qualifications such as Dip CII or ACII are highly desirable, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in claims handling within a broker, insurer, or related environment.
