Due to growth, they are now seeking a Divisional Director - Aviation Insurance Producing Broker. They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Divisional Director for their Aviation team; this role will require an established Insurance Producing Broker. This role will be pivotal in leading their aviation insurance operations, driving business growth, and developing strategic relationships with clients in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation insurance products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Your new role:

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brokers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
