Lead and conduct audits across Wholesale Banking activities within the EMEA platform, applying a risk-based approach and ensuring compliance with UK and European banking regulations. Assess systems, controls, and risk management practices, including the design and testing of mitigating controls. Deliver high-quality audit documentation and reports in line with internal standards, supporting regulatory and group-level inspections. Maintain strong business partnerships to follow up on recommendations and ensure timely implementation. Perform ongoing risk monitoring of assigned audit units, escalating emerging issues as needed. Champion the use of audit methodology standards and contribute to their continuous improvement. Support ad hoc and urgent assignments as required.
