What You’ll Do
- Handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial and technology work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating IT outsourcing, hosting, and licensing agreements.
- Advising on digital transformation projects and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, FinTech, InsurTech, PropTech, and HealthTech.
- Supporting clients with data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with specialists on procurement and large-scale technology implementations.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate: 2–4 years’ PQE in commercial contracts and technology matters.
- Senior Associate: 5+ years’ PQE with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Skills: Exceptional drafting and negotiation ability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in technology, media, telecoms, or data protection is a plus.
- Mindset: Collaborative, committed to long-term growth, and passionate about innovation.
