We are seeking an experienced Interim Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant to join our finance team for a minimum 6-month contract. In this hybrid role, you will manage company debts, maintain the sales ledger, and assist with month-end duties for our LLC. Responsibilities include implementing credit control processes, reconciling complex accounts, managing EDI invoicing, and supporting senior finance leaders with accurate reporting. You’ll also handle bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, payment runs, and intercompany journals.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A qualification in Accounting and Finance.
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant.
- Strong ability to reconcile complex debtor accounts.
- High-level experience with EDI customers.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience in international B2B businesses is an advantage.
