We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Onward Homes, who are seeking a Repairs Planner to support their Liverpool team on a temporary basis currently until the end of April. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West’s largest housing providers, helping ensure that customers receive a high‑quality and responsive repairs service. This is a full-time office based role, so the successful candidate will need to commute to the City Centre Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule works to support the efficient delivery of responsive repairs, gas servicing, and electrical maintenance.
  • Process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing updates and supporting the resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Work closely with operational managers to coordinate trade colleagues and external supply chain partners.
  • Maintain and update all repairs and housing management systems, ensuring data is correct, complete, and up to date.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in repairs planning or scheduling, ideally within a social housing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of repairs IT systems and work‑planning software.
  • Ability to work in a customer‑focused environment, managing competing priorities within a busy workload.
  • Fully able and willing to work five days per week on site at the Liverpool office.
