The Role
- You'll be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a mixture of occupied and void domestic properties, ensuring properties remain compliant and safe.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct EICR inspections within domestic properties, complete testing, inspections and certification accurately.
- Identify and record defects and observations in line with current regulations.
- Manage your own schedule across designated postcode areas.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service in residents' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with BS7671 standards.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with qualified electricians who have proven experience carrying out domestic EICRs.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- AM2 Qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 / 2394 & 2395 Inspection & Testing Qualification.
- Previous domestic EICR experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle preferred.
