I am working with a school in Leicester that is seeking a proactive and reliable PA to the Headteacher on a temporary, full-time basis.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher
- Managing the Head’s diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Drafting correspondence, preparing documents and handling confidential information
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents and external stakeholders
- Organising school events, meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
- Supporting with daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school
- Managing communications and prioritising tasks effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous school-based experience
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- A calm, professional and dependable approach
- Confidence to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
