Here at Hays we are working with a national non-for-profit for the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor to support with a busy period. You will play a critical role in supporting the organisation and the People Team with a focus on employee relations casework, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
You’ll work closely with managers and employees to provide expert guidance, ensure fair and consistent processes, and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a range of ER cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and capability issues.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
- Support the Head of People with complex casework and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all casework.
- Contribute to the development of a respectful, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
