A leading professional services organisation is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join its People Experience team. This is a key role supporting a diverse employee population across multiple UK offices, offering strategic and operational HR guidance in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Location: Leeds (with occasional travel to Manchester and Scotland)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working available
The Role
- Employee Relations: Managing ER cases with confidence and fairness, ensuring best practice is followed.
- Performance & Retention: Supporting initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Coaching & Support: Advising line managers and senior stakeholders on HR matters, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Project Delivery: Leading and contributing to firm-wide HR initiatives, working closely with the HR Lead and Talent Management Leads.
- Data & Insights: Analysing and presenting people data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with the Head of People Operations to enhance HR processes and outputs.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting and mentoring the People Operations Administration team, ensuring alignment across the wider People Experience function.
About You
You’ll bring a blend of technical HR expertise and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
