Job Description:

In this role, reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will focus on employee relations as a generalist. Your responsibilities include managing complex ER casework, updating policies to reflect best practices and UK legal updates, implementing organizational design changes such as redundancies, restructures, and new job titles, and providing a high-quality HR service. You should have excellent academic credentials, be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and available to start immediately. The role requires working full-time, with four days in the London office, and experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. You should be capable of influencing senior stakeholders and managing TUPE, redundancy, and restructuring activities while maintaining engagement and minimizing disruption.
