As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the way we use data to drive informed decision-making.
Your new role:
- Publish and develop business reporting to support timely, informed decisions.
- Own and manage the month-end, year-end, and budget processes.
- Create and maintain operational KPI reporting packs.
- Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Partner with management and IT to design and integrate reporting systems.
- Provide finance support for system implementations and audit requirements.
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence.
- Produce ad hoc reporting meeting evolving business needs.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Essential: Financial accounting degree and/or ACCA/ACA/CIMA accreditation.
- Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas).
- Ability to work under pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage at all levels.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Cost accounting experience.
