Urgently needed School Cover Supervisors – Huddersfield area. Immediate starts.
Have you ever considered a career in a school but don't have a teaching qualification? We work with schools in order to support them with daily and long-term cover requirements. These roles can be full-time or part-time and will give you experience of working with young people.
We are looking for people who may possess one or more of the following:
- Has cared for a child with SEN or additional needs.
- Has worked within an adult or child-care setting.
- Has been a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor in the past and is looking to return.
- Has worked with young people in a coaching, sports, Brownies, youth work setting.
What the role entails:
- Covering lessons for absent teachers
- Delivering pre-set work to students
- Behaviour managing covering in all subject areas
What you will need:
- A passion for supporting children within education.
- A willingness to go above and beyond to help a child achieve.
- A good level of literacy and numeracy.
