Your new role involves joining a highly regarded Housing Management team, one of the largest in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities. The role will involve handling a variety of property-related disputes and advisory work such as possession and injunction claims, disrepair and breach of tenancy matters, cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act, as well as leasehold management and service charge disputes. For those at Associate level, there may be opportunities to support junior colleagues and get involved in business development initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed: You will have strong litigation experience, ideally within property disputes, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. Excellent client care skills, commercial awareness, and strong drafting ability are essential. While experience in housing management is desirable, it is not essential, and candidates with a background in property litigation will be considered. You should be confident working directly with clients and contributing to the team’s ongoing success.
