My client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment consultant to join their recruitment team and play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent. This is a high-volume resourcing position where you will be building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source and attract skilled engineers through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct approaches.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future engineering roles.
