Our services include responsive repairs, maintenance, and improvements that keep residential properties safe, efficient, and well-maintained. This position is based in Havant and covers Portsmouth PO postcodes. You’ll work 39 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:00–16:30, Fri 8:00–15:30) completing responsive electrical repairs and maintenance in residential properties, ensuring homes are safe and up to standard. A company van, PPE and fuel card will be provided for travel, but you’ll need to supply your own tools. All necessary consumables will be covered by the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Skilled Electrician with a strong customer-first mindset.
- City & Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in domestic and commercial electrical work, including testing and maintenance up to 230v/415v.
- Ability to complete and record certifications accurately.
- Skill in interpreting technical data and drawings.
- Experience in performance-driven customer service environments.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.
Desirable extras:
- Experience completing EICRs.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
Please note: A basic DBS check will be required (covered by the company).
