Your new role: We are seeking an experienced, fit, and mobile Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, with a strong background in civil engineering works and building services. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across construction, maintenance, and building operations, with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction/building industry.
- Demonstrated experience in civil engineering works.
- Qualifications in Building Services (NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or higher in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Civils, etc.).
- CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Valid Health and Safety training certification (CITB Site Safety Plus, SSSTS/SMSTS, or equivalent).
