With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Planner to join their Glasgow pre-construction team. As Senior Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the pre-construction and bid function, contributing to the successful conversion of major building projects. Working closely with estimating, design, project leadership and the wider bid team, you will:
- Develop high-quality, competitive tender programmes
- Produce clear methodologies, phasing strategies and logistics planning
- Identify programme risks, constraints and opportunities at pre-construction stage
- Support bid submissions and attend tender presentations
- Ensure planning outputs align with internal governance and client requirements
