We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retirement Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation on an initial 3-month temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong customer service skills and experience supporting older or vulnerable tenants within a housing, care ormunity-based environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within housing, retirement housing, supported housing or a customer-focusedmunity role. Experience supporting vulnerable customers and working with external support agencies. Strongmunication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support tenants and improve services. Access to transport to travel between schemes if required.
