As Head of Corporate Finance, you will take charge of a high-performing team, driving deal origination and execution across a diverse portfolio of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, fundraising, and strategic advisory. You will be responsible for shaping the firm’s corporate finance strategy, building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. This leadership role demands both technical excellence and commercial acumen, with the scope to influence the future direction of the firm’s advisory services.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience in corporate finance, ideally gained within a professional services or boutique advisory environment.
