Hays is happy to be exclusively partnering with a prestigious international firm to hire a Partner for the Global Mobility Tax/Expat Tax team. The firm's Global Mobility Tax practice has recently been growing at fast rates and, as such, they are looking to capitalise on this growth by capturing market share in the Scottish market.
In this role you will be tasked with growing the Scottish business. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships within the local market, driving business development and client acquisition, and collaborating with the wider UK team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experienced at the partner or director level, preferably with a background in the Big 4 or Top 10 CA Firms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Ability to lead and grow a business with minimal hand-holding.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, ICAS, ICAEW etc.).
