An established global organisation in the travel and leisure sector is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major Finance transformation programme. This is a 3-month initial contract, out of Scope of IR35, and the client is looking for someone who can start quickly. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site.

You’ll be responsible for documenting and standardising finance processes, including capturing service catalogues, mapping “as-is” workflows, producing SOPs, and designing clear process diagrams. Your work will be instrumental in enabling knowledge transfer, training, and supporting future state operations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in business analysis, finance operations, or shared services.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes (Accounts Payable, General Ledger).
  • Proven experience documenting end-to-end processes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
  • A detail-oriented, collaborative, and curious mindset.
