Due to continued growth, we are looking to engage a Solicitor within the Residential Development team.
Your new role involves joining this high-performing Real Estate team, renowned for its expertise in residential development. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join this thriving team. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through the full lifecycle of development projects, from initial land acquisition through to planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales.
Working alongside experienced peers, you will advise on:
- Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
- Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
- Planning and Section 106 agreements
- Infrastructure and utility arrangements
- Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
