About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to lead our Projects Team at West Suffolk Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a carpentry background to take on a supervisory role while remaining hands-on when required. You will manage a team of three multi-traders, ensuring high standards of work across all minor projects. The role involves estimating, work scheduling, and team supervision, as well as stepping in to assist with practical tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
