Your new company is a leading food manufacturing group with maintenance operations across multiple production sites in Ulster. This is a brand new position born from site and department growth with the intention of improving site reliability, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Your new role involves reporting to the Engineering Manager, ensuring the CMS is updated, amended and improved depending on site needs. All spares, contractor and maintenance activity will run through your hands as you help to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment availability.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Firm understanding of multi-skilled maintenance engineering
- Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with engineers, operators, suppliers and contractors
- Knowledge of maintenance CMS systems and their updating and improvement
What you'll get in return:
This is a days-based role mainly (but not solely) office based, with some flexibility in time and the opportunity to make the role what you want it to be as it is brand new to the company. Salary up to £45,000.
