Your new role
As Employee Relations Partner, you will provide specialist advice and hands-on support across a wide range ofplex employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and legallypliant approach is taken throughout the organisation.
You will play a key role in supporting managers and senior stakeholders on employee relations cases, organisational change initiatives and workforce transformation projects, helping to balancemercial priorities with best practice people management.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managingplex disciplinary, grievance, absence management and capability cases.
- Providing expert guidance on organisational change programmes, restructures and redundancy processes.
- Supporting TUPE transfers and associated employee consultation activities.
- Advising managers on workplace conflict resolution and employee engagement matters.
- Assisting with employment tribunal preparation and case management.
- Ensuring policies, procedures and practices remainpliant with current employment legislation.
- Identifying and mitigating people-related risks across the organisation.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting confident decision-making through expert ER advice.
- What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing a broad range ofplex employee relations cases.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR procedures.
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent investigation, munication and report-writing skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise a varied workload.
