As a Business Services Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate entities. You’ll oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns, while also providing strategic advice to help clients improve performance and achieve their goals. This role offers a blend of technical work, client relationship management, and team leadership, with scope to tailor responsibilities to your strengths and ambitions.
You’ll be ACA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong experience in general practice or business services. You’ll have a solid understanding of accounting standards, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
