Your new role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be able to support an EYFS pupil working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may assist a child with tasks or provide general support as well as be able to modify behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.
What you’ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have experience in childcare or teaching, or something with relevant transferable experience, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines.
