Your new company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias in the Dungannon area, working in FMCG on a daily basis. They are a multi-site company with a portfolio of unique products and a very innovative technical team that constantly launches new product ideas. As a result, they have expanded their facility considerably in terms of factory footprint, equipment, and production rates, and because of this growth, they need to add experienced maintenance engineers to the team.
Your new role involves reporting to the maintenance manager. They need engineers who can take ownership of issues, prioritise them, and get things done. If you need guidance, it’s available from management. You’ll be encouraged to give things a go, and as a team, you will always be looking to get things fixed right and improve the performance of the equipment.
What you’ll need to succeed: You will need electrical and mechanical skills transferable to a production-based environment.
