We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated Key Stage 1 team from October 2026. In this role, you will support pupils across KS1, delivering targeted reading and phonics interventions to help children develop their literacy skills and confidence. Working alongside class teachers and the wider support team, you will provide focused support to small groups and individual pupils, helping to accelerate progress and ensure all learners can access the curriculum effectively.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting
- Experience delivering reading and phonics interventions within KS1
- Good understanding of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- A proactive, patient and nurturing approach
