Job Description:

Are you a dynamic digital marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation, looking for your next opportunity?

Due to organic business growth, I am working in partnership with a commercial organisation seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and contribute to their continued success. You will manage a small marketing team, report to the Sales & Marketing Director, and work closely with the sales team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Take overall responsibility for their marketing strategy and execution.
  2. Drive key projects outlined in their business strategy.
  3. This is a hands-on role, so you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day marketing tasks.
  4. Collaborate closely with sales and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  5. Experience of managing a small team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Strong digital marketing skills within a B2B environment.
  2. Possess an excellent understanding of marketing principles, preferably CIM qualified.
  3. A strong grasp of website user journey experience.
  4. Proficient in digital marketing and SEO.
  5. Proven experience in B2B marketing, including lead generation and conversion.
  6. Ability to develop messaging for multiple B2B audiences.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrates creative flair and the ability to create brand value.
  9. Experience using CRM systems and their integration with marketing activities.
  10. Experience using Google Analytics and data interrogation skills.
