As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the full commercial function for a high-profile highways project. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor relationships while ensuring compliance with NEC contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing project budgets with accurate cost reporting
- Procuring subcontract packages and compiling tender documentation
- Administering contracts and handling variations, delays, and claims
- Preparing monthly applications for payment and forecasting cash flow
- Leading commercial meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
