As Centre Administrator, you will support the Centre Manager and wider team across administration, finance, compliance and occupier engagement. Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors, you'll play an important role in ensuring the centre runs efficiently and delivers an excellent experience for all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries
- Coordinating meetings
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Maintaining occupier communications
- Monitoring compliance requirements
- Assisting with sustainability and community initiatives
No two days will be the same in this varied and fast-paced position.
You'll be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, built from working in office-based administrative roles. Previous experience supporting financial administration such as invoicing and purchase orders will be beneficial. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, strong numerical and analytical skills and a professional and customer-focused approach.
