As an M&E Project Manager based in Derby, you will oversee the full lifecycle of building services projects—from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, and ensure programme milestones are met. Your role will also involve financial oversight, design reviews, client liaison, and promoting safety and sustainability across delivery teams.

You’ll bring a degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or a construction-related discipline, along with SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent certification. A proven track record in M&E project delivery within Tier 2/3 subcontractors is essential, as are strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience in commercial, leisure, healthcare, or industrial sectors will be highly beneficial.
