What You’ll Do

  • Drive the vision and development of Day Services
  • Oversee admissions, commissioning, and compliance
  • Lead and coach staff, championing professional development
  • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership in health, education, or social care
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, SEND, and person-centred practice
  • Excellent communication, planning, and financial skills
