- Your new role
- Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will play an integral role within the Senior Operational Leadership Team, overseeing the Demand Planning, Procurement, Import, Inventory Management and Warehouse functions.
- Lead the development and execution of the Group supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Take full responsibility for the management of stock, materials and supply chain disciplines, ensuring robust forecasting, efficient procurement and effective inventory management.
- Drive continuous improvement across all supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen operational performance.
- Manage sourcing and procurement projects throughout their lifecycle, while ensuring stock levels remain aligned with agreed budgets and business requirements.
- Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, productivity and delivery.
- Work closely with the Board and Operational Leadership Team to translate thepany's vision and values into effective operational strategy and measurable oues.
- Ensure strongpliance, ernance and processes across the supply chain, taking ownership and acting decisively when required.
