A manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.
This is a newly created Customer Sales Coordinator job, where you will need to be highly organised and analytical in your approach as you support a successful sales team. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, generating and qualifying leads and managing all aspects of administration to support the sales and after-sales processes.
Duties and responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Supporting all aspects of the sales process from appointment to closure of the order/fulfilment
- Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyse internal and external data
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Generate reports to support sales strategies
To succeed in this job you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales operations, sales support, telesales or data-focussed experience
- Proven experience of data analysis
- Strong analytical and research skills
- The ability to multitask and manage your own workloads
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A problem-solving mindset
