We are seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Skilled Labourer who will have hands-on experience with a wide range of tools and power tools, and a strong eye for detail when it comes to snagging and finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform general construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling.
  • Carry out snagging and finishing work, identifying and correcting defects or incomplete work.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised worksite.
  • Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role in construction.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders).
  • Strong knowledge of snagging processes and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Full UK driving licence due to location.
