We are now looking for adaptable, enthusiastic supply teachers who are interested in day‑to‑day, short‑term or longer‑term placements. Your new role involves:

  • Delivering engaging, purposeful lessons, ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported in their learning.
  • Adapting quickly to different school environments, routines and expectations while maintaining high‑quality teaching.
  • Following each school’s curriculum and planning guidance, using your professional judgement to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships with pupils and staff in a variety of settings.
  • Demonstrating flexibility, professionalism and a positive attitude while contributing to the smooth running of each school you support.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within primary settings, with confidence teaching a year or range of year groups.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with pupils.
  • Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high‑quality teaching with minimal preparation time.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to working with different schools and teams.
