Your new role
As a Key Skills SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners developing independence and employability skills.
- Assist with personal care and daily routines where required.
- Support learners in building functional English, maths, ICT, and life skills.
- Encourage participation in work experience, community activities, and practical learning.
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored, goal‑focused programmes.
- Help create a positive, structured, and inclusive environment that prepares learners for adulthood.
