Your new role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with complex needs.
- Assist with personal care and daily routines, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Support learners in developing communication, social interaction, and independence skills.
- Work closely with teaching staff and the wider specialist team to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Help create a positive, structured, and inclusive environment that supports both learning and wellbeing.
