In this role, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of construction projects from tender stage through to final account. You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation, while also carrying out site measurements and valuations. You will prepare interim applications, manage project costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to support decision-making. Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and senior management, you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

To succeed in this position, you will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, along with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of JCT or NEC contracts. You will be confident managing multiple projects, analysing costs, negotiating with subcontractors, and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is expected.
