A well-established construction contractor operating across the building and civil engineering sectors is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. You will support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion. Working closely with senior surveyors, project managers, and site teams, you will assist with cost planning, measurement, procurement, valuations, and reporting. The role will involve preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring project costs, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and helping ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
