IT Service Desk £150 to £160 Per Day, Inside IR35 On-site 3 Months Contract Cardiff

Your new role

This is a hands-on role, providing 1st and some 2nd line support in a busy environment. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, helping to manage requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary. There will be face-to-face interaction with service users, plus you will be receiving calls via their service desk.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Provide 1st line technical support across Windows and Mac environments
  • Manage and triage service requests via portal, email, and phone
