As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects and works on community assets across a property portfolio. You will undertake and input into feasibility studies through to design development and project management to ensure that refurbishment and redevelopment projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest of standards.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- An excellent building surveying and project management skillset with experience of delivering complex property projects.
- A good understanding of building regulations, health & safety, contractor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to prepare detailed specifications.
- A minimum qualification level of HNC / HND / degree.
