As Procurement Systems Manager, you will lead the evolution of procurement platforms and processes, ensuring optimisation and efficiency across global teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and optimising procurement systems (P2P, contract management, etc.)
- Leading digital tool rollouts and system governance
- Driving process improvements and policy updates with clear documentation
- Mentoring teams on analytics and systems projects
- Collaborating cross-functionally to streamline operations and enable smarter decision-making
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in P2P systems and procurement process design
- Strong knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex processes and implement global standards
- Experience designing and implementing procurement workflows
- A continuous improvement mindset and approach
