Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in Bristol. These roles are to cover teachers’ allocated time for PPA and all the lessons will be pre-planned for you to deliver to the allocated class. We are looking to recruit flexible, experienced teachers who are able to work across a range of year groups within Primary Schools.

This role is on a full-time basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for teaching across multiple Primary Schools in the Bristol area. The schools will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class duties for the day; the role is open to strong ECTs. The successful candidate will be required to pick up a teacher’s day-to-day classroom responsibilities and cover across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 classes. These classes will be expecting a consistent approach even though you will be providing supply cover for the day. If you like the challenge of working in multiple primary schools with a different school each day then this is the role for you!

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
  • Experience teaching in a Primary School.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
