As a Senior Manager, you will work closely alongside the director, helping to manage, oversee and review accounts for your own portfolio of small and local clients working in a range of industries. Day-to-day duties will also include taking more of an advisory role, helping to implement change whilst taking the lead on training, managing a team of 6 junior/senior staff members within the firm. You will also be required to develop strong client knowledge and represent the firm professionally to build and maintain successful client relationships.
