Hays Health & Safety are working with a busy, fast-paced production site looking for a hands-on H&S Lead who actually enjoys being out on the floor.

This isn’t a desk role.

You’ll be visible, involved, and trusted to make a difference day-to-day across a live manufacturing environment.

Perfect for someone currently at Advisor level who’s ready to step up and take ownership, with a clear route into management once embedded in the business.
